Good news.. There is actually no exact "deadline" to apply for OSAP! However, there are some limitations.
Assuming you are studying full-time, OSAP states that you must: "submit your application no later than 60 days before the end of your study period." They also ask that you submit any required supporting documentation "no later than 40 days before the end of your study period."
